5 Things: New Online Banking
On September 22, Communication Federal Credit Union will launch its new online banking system and app
featuring a variety of enhanced features, making managing your account and bills much easier.
Here are 5 things you need know before it launches:
1. Your Login Information is Changing
If you use online banking or the CFCU mobile app, we will be sending you special login instructions prior to the launch date, as well as providing an online resource center with video tutorials to help make your transition as simple as possible.
2. Mobile Bill Pay
After setting up bill payments online, you will no longer have to sign in to your online account to pay your bills, instead you can take care of it via the CFCU mobile app. Additionally, if you already have bill pay set up on the current system it will automatically transfer to the new system.
3. Peer-to-Peer Payment Capabilities
Have you ever gone to dinner with friends and had to stop by an ATM to pay your portion of the check? With popmoney™, you can easily send, request or receive money with just about anyone online by using your email address or mobile phone. It’s fast and convenient!
4. Account to Account Transfers
If you have a checking or savings account with another bank or credit union, you can transfer money to and from your CFCU account using the online banking website or the mobile app.
5. Improved User Experience
Online banking will have a new and improved look and feel with tons of great features you’ll love. We’ll also have a new mobile and tablet app for a seamless banking experience.
