In an effort to make this transition as easy as possible and to help ensure that you retain all of your history and alert information, please follow these critical steps:

Please note: Not all special characters are supported for User IDs and may cause login issues.

  • For security reasons, we strongly encourage you to change your User ID under the Settings link and Profile after signing in for the first time.
  • Download the updated mobile and tablet apps.
  • Set up Account Alerts.
  • Review bill payments via the new Payment Center.
